Hackers distributing new Windows exploit

There is a new software application circulating that exploits the recent
windows vulnerability. The application is automated and has the affect of 
creating a new account with the name "e".

63% of MS users are reported to have already downloaded the patch which of 
course means that 37% are still vulnerable.
